Good coffee, friendly staff

Pleasant place, delicious cakes and coffee. But passionately unfriendly staff.

Friendly staff, the location itself is also beautiful and the Corona rules (recession during Corona time) are also adhered to. Waiting times are reasonable - so if we're in the area again, we'll be happy to stop by.

I ordered a cappuccino, it was delicious and the staff are very friendly ?

Nice place (and personnel) for a coffee, a sandwich or a piece of cake! They serve soya milk options for lactose intolerants.

Quick café for in between. Self-service, coffee selection is very good, whether cappuccino, latte macciato chai tea everything is available. Small cake counter, but cakes very tasty. As I said, the ideal café for in between. If you are looking for cosiness to the black you have to go to a real coffee house.

I ordered a cappuccino at the counter and paid for it on my cell phone with an EC card. I received a receipt on my mobile phone and the EC card reader read 'Payment made'. The waitress said, 'put it on again'. I showed her the receipt on the cell phone. It's not paid for, I'll have a look at it, she said. I waited and asked again what was happening now. She didn't want to clarify it anymore, instead she said to me very rudely, 'The cash register hasn't opened, then it hasn't been paid for, but it's okay, take the cappuccino and go ‘. NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly. For the fact that Coffee Fellows is a chain, I always thought it was pretty good there, but at € 5 for a watery coffee and € 5 for an ice-cold bagel with a brownish topping, although it should actually be warmed up, is correct for me the price-performance ratio just isn't anymore. I also think it's a shame that you can no longer put together your own bagels (rolls and toppings), but can only choose from a few pre-filled ones and when a certain type is off, it is no longer freshly prepared .

Fine cake, good coffee. But why don't I get any more coffee about 30 minutes before closing time (on a Wednesday about 8.30 p.m.)? Only cold drinks? That doesn't really reveal itself to me.

Very unfriendly service that gives you the feeling that you better not come back! Food was so well, because there was no choice, we are told that there is only what is in the display, not what is on the menu.

Place was nice, but the vanilla latte Machiato was the worst I have already drunk in a lot of Coffee Fellows I have visited up to now. Almost no vanilla taste

Super delicious coffee and cake, cozy atmosphere and very friendly service A really nice café to think about, switch off, read or meet up with friends to discuss something. The price level is reasonable and the furnishings are comfortable to look at. The seating is also very comfortable. It is hard to imagine a better start to the day?

I was in town yesterday with my family for a walk I hadn't brought any money to. My son (6 years) had to use the toilet urgently and we asked spontaneously at the counter whether we could use the toilet. Then I was approached by the staff so unfriendly and outrageous and we were told that the toilet is exceptionally available to the paying guests. In addition, I should always have 50 cents with me to pay my son a toilet visit at Coffee Fellows. We then went to the Hamburgerei and were able to visit the toilet there. The staff there was very friendly and it was not a problem for them at all. I can understand that the toilet in the city center is not generally available to all visitors to the city center, but this was about a 6-year-old boy who just had to use the toilet urgently. In other cities there is a "nice toilet" - Coffee Fellows could take that as an example. I will definitely not buy my coffee here anymore. You now have at least one customer less.

Not a place for children. Was back with my son today. He wanted to reorder something, the waitress really told him mean that he had to wait. She has no time. Seconds later a lady came in who was served after a short wait. No place for children!

It is expensive of balls but it is very cool the panorama that has 3 sides. In winter it is worth asking for something warm while you see people freezing outside.

Delicious hot dark and white hot chocolate drunk, a very good juicy fluffy cheesecake and a red muffin. Plenty of other offers of cold and hot drinks as well as other tasty looking sweet and savory dishes. Very nice atmosphere, we like to come back again. Prices match the location.

Light and shadow, depending on the layer. Great location and nice coffee atmosphere no question. Depending on the shift, you also get a very delicious coffee or sometimes the wrong drink. And sometimes with a serious apology or not. Still good for a stop anyway.

I ordered coffee with milk and I got none also my small cup was only barely filled to a quarter with coffee. I expected a little bit more coffee for the price. Coffee tasted alright...
